Terms and Conditions<\/h3>
  • All air conditioning and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with the scope of work and technical specifications stated in the quotation or the contract approved by the client.<\/li>
  • The value of the works is determined based on the nature of the project, its area, the type of air conditioning systems, the condition of the site, and the scope of services required.<\/li>
  • The value of the works does not include any additional services or works not stated in the quotation or contract. Such items are priced and approved separately before execution.<\/li>
  • Project works are based on the drawings, specifications, and technical data approved by the client. Any subsequent modifications may result in a change in cost or execution time.<\/li>
  • Works commence after the quotation is approved or the contract is signed and the advance payment, if any, is received.<\/li>
  • The execution schedule is set according to the nature of the project, site readiness, and the availability of the required materials and equipment.<\/li>
  • The client is responsible for providing access to the site, preparing it to allow the works to proceed, and providing the necessary utilities, such as electricity and water, when needed.<\/li>
  • Any civil, electrical, or structural works outside the scope of air conditioning works are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation or contract.<\/li>
  • Maintenance works include only the services specified in the maintenance contract, whether preventive or corrective, according to the contract type and the agreed scope of service.<\/li>
  • Maintenance contracts do not include spare parts, equipment replacement, or additional works unless expressly stated in the contract.<\/li>
  • If faults or additional works are discovered during maintenance, the client is informed of the details and cost and must approve them before execution.<\/li>
  • The Company is not liable for faults resulting from misuse, modifications made by third parties, or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions.<\/li>
  • Works are handed over upon completion in accordance with the approved scope of work and specifications, after the necessary inspections and commissioning, depending on the nature of the project.<\/li>
  • Warranties, if any, are subject to the period and conditions stated in the quotation or contract, and do not cover faults resulting from misuse or intervention by unauthorized parties.<\/li>
  • Approving the quotation or signing the contract constitutes the client’s acknowledgment that they have reviewed and agreed to the scope of work, prices, and these terms and conditions.<\/li>
